Order downloaded has buyer information, shown by click a button.
After save it and reopen, the button disappeared. Is the buyer info lost or can
be accessed by some other means?
Order information is not saved. The button is only accessible when importing
the order (so just re-import to get the info back).
As to why: orders change and it would be very confusing to have stale order info
data saved in a file.
