| im a seller and all records of my sales past october are gone. anyone else experiencing
this. need to know what i made so i can pay taxes

bricklink only stores 6 months detailed data. go here to get a report with more
than 6 months:

Note: All orders (except orders in NSS, NRS, NPB, or NPX status) and all items
in those orders are purged from the BrickLink website 180 days after the order

Just FYI, it's 6 months exactly, not 180 days or any number of days.
And yes it's written in the Invoice template 180 days, it's an error,
but you could edit it in your template, or don't care of course.

Ah sure - I'm using an older one not default, so it stayed showing 180 days
