I would like to help but I don’t understand what you are asking either here
or in your other thread, especially since you are not a new seller so this is
likely not a basic question. Can you rephrase - in French if that is easier for
you - with more details about the situation?

Agreed, and I'm only saying that since they're in Quebec.

OP; If they just messaged you for a rate, just reply.

If they placed the order but have not paid because it doesn't fit in to one
of your shipping methods, calculate your shipping costs and add it to the box
on your orders page. Click save at the bottom, then click the invoice icon.
