The Catalog Request topic is for, well, requests about the main catalogue, not
personal inventories.

As you’re very new and a buyer (not a seller), I presume you’re talking about
My Collection (https://www.bricklink.com/v3/myCollection/main.page ).
In that case, you can delete each section by uploading an empty file.

That is:
— click the Import/Export dropdown on the upper right corner of the “Add…” dialog
(see pic),
— choose “Import…,”
— select “Custom CSV or XML file” (top choice),
— give it an empty file (just create a file with nothing in it or just spaces),
— it’ll warn you it’s empty, continue,
— select “Replace collection”,
— it’ll warn you you’ll lost your collection, Submit.
