| Hello there!
I got so many orders that have shipped and delivered, where the customers have
not changed the order status to Received/Completed. Do you folks email them to
make sure they got their package, or just forget about it?
Have an epic day! ---Katrina

| I just leave it. many buyers will never update it and some dont get to the package
sometimes even for weeks/months after it arrives. I wouldn't bother them
as it makes 0 difference on my end and let them be happy with either changing
it or not changing it.

If you don't want to look at these check the "File" boxes and they
will be hidden from the main Order Page. If you need to look at a filed order,
click the "Filed" hyperlink in the upper right corner of the main Order
Page.

Weeeeellll... Unless you're trying to update your shipping methods and want
to delete one. It won't allow you to delete the method if there is an order
still open using that method.

pretty sure you can still update it but cant delete it if I'm not mistaken
(at least for prices tho I'm not sure about weight/sizes and stuff)

I think you can disable it though, then you just delete it when the order falls
off in 6 months

Absolutely, you can disable any shipping method.
Simply create a new one (as a copy of), and forget the previous.
Later on, next year for example, simply delete the disabled ones.

You can, and that's what I've been doing. I'm just extremely picky
and like a nice tidy dashboard.

At the point when feedback has been left on both sides I will mark as completed
if necessary/ possible, otherwise I do not worry about it.

Another question if I might be so bold?
I have a customer who did a quote request and all items except one will fit in
Canada post oversize lettermail, they would like to remove the larger item to
take advantage of the cheaper shipping, is there a way they can create a cart
with the same items without manually adding everything all over again?
have the most epic of days! ---Katrina

They could add it the cart to their wanted list then remove the one part
