| Noob (and probably silly) question but if I buy a set new, then part it out and
sell it on BL is it ok that the parts won’t be in original packaging? It will
just be individually wrapped and in new condition (never used as it went straight
from the original packaging into a seperate bag).

Ah, don't individually wrap every brick, okay?? And don't build your
minifigs.
