Hello,

I was looking through my orders received and can only view all the orders I've
gotten since September 2023. However, I have sold many before then but for some
reason they aren't showing up. Do they get deleted automatically after a
while? I just want to get an idea of my gross income from all the orders I've
sent out.

Yes, orders get deleted (purged) after 6 months - or at least the details of
what has been ordered.

You can still use the "Download" link on the bottom of the order page
to download information about all past orders (without details about what has
been ordered).
