| Hi all,
I haven’t been getting orders for the past few weeks, but before that I used
to get 1-3 a week. I wanted to ask if there was something wrong with my shop
or how I could get more orders? I have added about 10k more pieces this year
and am still slow on orders. Also, I tried to lower my shipping as much as possible
in order to be able to pay the PayPal and Bricklink fees. (I do currently use
pirate ship)

| You have several duplicate lots in your store. (A duplicate lot is when there's
a part that's listed in the same color and condition more than once. For
instance, you have 3 lots of blue used 1X2 bricks that should all be 1 lot.)
Duplicate lots are tedious and annoying for buyers to browse through. Combining
those lots would definitely make your store easier to shop, and it could also
make your store appear on more wanted lists.

Hi. Sales are a little slower right now I would imagine for tax season. But just
keep adding more parts and a wide variety. I put 1 minifigure in the cart and
shipping was $6.00. The shipping cost might be keeping buyers away. Also your
refund policy should be open in case a buyer does not like a part they get.

I am gonna have to agree with crazylegoman with what he posted i just hate when
i have to scroll through multiple of the same parts that could have been combined.
to give you an idea on what i look for when i visit a store not in any order,
i look for part/minifigure/manual and even box variety (if available), cost of
parts, negative feedback (depending on negativity because some people don't
read terms) and last is free shipping if you spend X amount of dollars (helps
if a seller has a lot of stuff i need to buy). but everyone is different on what
they look at. i hope this helps and maybe others could post what they look for
in a store as well to give you a list. and P.S your post gave you free advertisement

I find that sales follow fairly closely on listing new stock.
