| Can anyone advise me what it the correct way to cancel an order.
an order is marked as complete
that used instant checkout
but returned the items
I am never able to cancel these orders, the box is greyed out, even after completeing
a refund.
it messes up my accounting, and I see no way to do it without contacting customer
support
which I have tried and its been a week and they dont reply.

Click the Refund button on the Order Detailspage.
The payment status should change, if it doesn't automatically change, change
with the Edit Order button the payment status to none, then follow the steps
to cancel the order.
