| Hello, I had my bricklink account hacked, my password and email address stolen!
How can I recover my account, I have sent numerous messages to bricklink but
I have not received any responses. I have orders in progress, and a lot of purchases
to manage, your help would be very valuable to me, at least having someone to
help me! THANKS
Bonjour je me suis fait pirater mon compte bricklink mot de passe et adresse
email volé ! Comment je peux faire pour récupérer mon compte, j'ai envoyé
de nombreux messages à bricklink mais je ne recois aucunes réponses. J'ai
des commandes en cours, et beaucoup d'achat à gérer votre aide me serait
très précieuse, au moins avoir un interlocuteur pour m'aider ! merci

Your email is stolen or changed?
I guess you have to wait until an admin gets back to you.

Have been in contact with this person (a kind and faithful buyer at our Shop,
thanks!)
It appears BL password was unique, hard to guess or brute force, and he didn't
click on any e-mail asking to log in (like "bricklinks.org" or such).
Great people!
So, my guess for now is that his e-mail has been compromised one way or
the other.
Then hackers read the e-mails, probably asked for a new password on BrickLink
et voila, the shop is compromised. I couldn't find his shop neither opened
or closed. Neither his old account appears. Maybe BrickLink already worked on
this...

Let him contact all his Buyers with open orders (hopefull he has some mailadresses)
so thay dont pay to someone else (the hackers)
Maybe his buyers get some information about the hackers and maybe if the hackers
changed the shopname they now what is the new name.
