I think it is closed on your side as there is no message for an admin closer.
Did you trying going into your store settings and unlocking it?

They had their selling priviledges RED when they posted.

It's been suspended all day and then was finally reinstated shortly after
I posted. Not sure why it wasn't reinstated automatically or why they didn't
respond to the ticket.
