but on one wifi account at home, they deleted it for my son. Is it possible to

You're free to give your Inventory to who you wish.
But NOT your feedback profile or membership.
So this one is yours.
Also, your son must have 18+ years old to register and sell here.
He'll have to provide BrickLink an official ID.

so the son will open an account and he will give the entire store to his son?
then I will build another store. This operation is too difficult without the
help of an administrator. Will you help me if I'm ready?

to transfer inventory you can download brickstore then in there download your
stores inventory into a file then on the new account you can upload the same
file for the new store

|
| It's actually very easy.
A few tips, close your store so nobody sneaks a purchase through during the process.
You'll download your inventory and give that file to your son. Have him
upload the file to his account. Verify that everything is identical and then
YOU MUST REMEMBER to delete the inventory from your store. Reopen your store
and then upload new inventory.

| maybe I can change my name and surname to bl, there is such a tab there. then
I will set up a store from a computer with a different IP. I just need to disconnect
PayPal payments, then with deleting the inventory, I don't know how to do
it.

To disconnect your PayPal account, first go to your payment settings: https://www.bricklink.com/v2/mystore/payments.page
Then, under Accepted Payments, next to PayPal click Disconnect.
To download your store inventory, go to the inventory page: https://www.bricklink.com/inventory.asp
Then, scroll to the bottom and click Download. For the file format, choose
XML and then click Download My Store Inventory.
To upload the inventory to your son's store, first open the XML file and
delete the first line. Then, go to inventory upload page: https://www.bricklink.com/invXML.asp
Copy and paste the XML code into the upper text box and click Verify File.
Check to make sure it is the same as your store, then click Upload File.
To delete your own inventory, go back to your inventory page and check the box
in the upper left-hand corner, then scroll down and select the radio button next
to Delete items and click Submit Changes.
I don't believe there is any reason why two separate individuals on the same
wifi network cannot have separate BrickLink accounts, but the administrators
might get confused.
