How do I get a refund for a order that never shipped and I did the nss thing
and it’s completed awhile ago and no refund still

Bricklink itself doesn't have control over refunds/payments, but it's
still good that you did the NSS as it puts a strike on the seller's account
& will eventually shut them down if they get 3 of them

And by all means, leave negative feedback for the seller. If they try to leave
retaliatory feedback for you it will be removed because of the completed NSS

BrickLink doesn’t intervene in refunds¹.  You need to make a claim to the payment
provider.  So PayPal if you payed this way, or you bank….

Depends how you paid?

Open a PayPal claim/dispute!
I think it's possible on Stripe also.

Or ask your bank for a Visa cashback or such.
