Hello,

I need help about the buyers VAT ID. See picture. 🙏

Just now I dosent have a buyer where I had a VAT ID and am now a little perplexed
about it. Do I have to attach this Buyers VAT ID somewhere on the customs documents/shipping
documents or how does it work?

Would be great if someone could help me, thanks in advance.

Best regards and stay healthy.

I think for an EU seller it just means you should send a VAT-free invoice? But
you're not an EU seller - I don't know if it has any implications at
all for you.

AFAIK, it just means as buyer being a Pro, he doesn't have to pay upfront
for the VAT for an order of less than like 150€.

So, treat it "normally": fill a CN23 Customs form with the exact value,
and attach outside in a transparent pocket the Invoice. That's it.
