this morning, around 500 PST, without issue.

What "problems" more specifically?

My experience with ShipStation glitches to date; wait a moment, and it's
operational again.

I am on phone with Paypal currently. They are aware of the issue. It may be
a few days before it is fully up and running again. Being a 3rd party, Shipstation
still does not have customer support but they are looking into it.
