Because there are very few instances where it would make any sense. Monochromes
and the yellow space man are the only minifigs that all the pieces are the same
color.

So a few dozen minifigs could be arranged that way out of 16,000. All the others
would have to be adjusted to N/A. I don't see the purpose.

+1 it dosnt really make sense as it would likely require significant development
time and for such a minor thing is just not really worth it
