Greetings Master Builders,

I was so disappointed to log in after a few years away that bricklink had deleted
my store inventory without notice. Is there a public statement about when they
delete databases? It is really a horror story, because I don't have a backup...bricklink
WAS my store database. Has this happened to anyone else? I emailed their admins
but no response to date.

I am pretty sure that if you do not log into your account for a year, then your
store inventory gets removed. At one time, it was set to six months, I believe,
but it is set at a year now. Hopefully someone that knows for sure will chime
in. I am sorry this has happened to you. You aren't the first to come to
the forums after years away wondering what happened.
