The date print is 1219 so this is an early production of the set (for sale from a regular member of Bricklink's forum so it is ok to give the link here  )

Thank you for looking into this which I believe is based on this:

Unfortunately, the situation regarding the tricycle counterpart is not this simple.
You have added a counterpart with a Dark Bluish Gray chassis which this is not
what's included in this set as it has a Dark Gray chassis.
We don't seem to have a counterpart in the catalog yet with the correct combination
of chassis and wheel type (notched). I am looking into this, so please hold on.

Also, could you please redo this request without the counterpart? You have requested
the same wheel type to be added as is already in the inventory (notched variant).

All issues with the wheels in this set should have been fixed now including new
tricycle counterparts.
