| Just am currently trying to cancel an order, and I can’t get the problem order
page to allow me to cancel. Steps on how to cancel a order would be appreciated.

Fully refund, set payment status to none, cancel

enable the "My Note on Order / Edit Order Icon" checkbox then click on
the 2 papers right after the order number on this page
https://www.bricklink.com/orderReceived.asp
and then set the payment status to none and save
