Hello. My brother and i starting collection lego a few time ago. Our First set
was Lego Ideas #039 Sonic the Hedgehog 21331. But, a few days the head in the
minifigure of Sonic was loose and starting to fall off easily in his own torso
piece, but in other torso the head gripping fine.
I ask help if was a way to fix it this issue, to gripping head like before like
other minifigures as usual.
I send url with pictures of the head and torso of sonic minifigure and videos
to show the head fall off of the sonic torso and not fall off of the batman's
torso.

the figure looks quite worn so it probably has little grip left

But other heads grip fine in this torso, so.... I don't get. Why just Sonic
head don't grip in this? And the Batman head grip?

It doesn’t need a big difference to change the grip.

Also, some holes/bars are not exactly round, and one slightly misshaped part
may fit and grip one slightly misshaped part but not another.

It happens frequently with bars & pins for instance: one bar will slide easily
in a pin, but another won’t, or it will only be stuck at the beginning and then
slide okay.

Right, which isn't a big deal on 80s and 90s parts.

I've seen more crap /worn /broken pieces in the last 2 years than in the
previous 35.

They are all newer parts. I'm not alone on this.

Put one layer of sticky tape around the neck, then try again. If it still falls
off, add another layer and repeat until the grip is better.
