I am opening BrickLink on Opera and I have a lot of Wanted Lists. I am not given
a scroll bar when looking at all the wanted lists. Is this a problem with the
Browser or the webpage?

Are the other pages working?  Generally, when scrolling is blocked, it’s because
of the cookies banner: it somehow doesn’t show but still wants an answer.

Try going to that page: https://www.bricklink.com/v3/cookies.page
The site will then stop (not) showing the blocking banner.
