My studio pops up every time it starts, unable to create or load.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the software, but it still couldn't solve the
problem. May I ask which professional knows how to handle it?

Hi,

The dedicated forum for Studio and PartDesigner is https://forum.bricklink.com/
(hover over the red Studio icon on every page, then click “Studio Forum”).

Please open a thread there: https://forum.bricklink.com/posting.php?mode=post&f=4

Give some info on your system (Windows / macOS? version…).

And attach Studio’s log file, Prev_Player.log
It can be found in:
— on Windows: C:\Users\{YOUR USERNAME}\AppData\Local\Stud.io\
— on macOS: /Users/{YOUR USERNAME}/.local/share/Stud.io

Notes:
— .local & AppData are hidden (Cmd + Shift + . (period) to see hidden files in
macOS Finder ; search for %localappdata% (with the percent signs) on Windows
to directly go to AppData\Local),
— the file is overwritten everytime you start Studio, so get it just after you
have had the problem.

If it happens with a specific file, please attach the file.  It will be public,
so if you don’t want that, send an e-mail with all the info to studio@bricklink.com
.
