| Has anyone else failed to get a response from Admin. I have messaged them 5 times
in two months over the same issue and just been ignored. No response, not even
an automated response with a ticket number, nothing. Previously when I have had
this kind of issue, I recieved an automated reply immediately and then a reply
or decision in 2-3 working days.

There’s been several posts about seller verification, NSS, and other problems
without answers
or taking ages.
Seems the “connection to the award-winning LEGO® Customer Service Team” didn’t
work all that well ( https://www.bricklink.com/message.asp?ID=1442600 )
