That depends on what you want.

I'm trying to start small as time is limited and International shipping seems
very confusing at the moment.

However I'd like to increase my chance of selling stuff soon.

Honestly your time is probably better spent listing more lots than trying to
figure out international shipping

It was both a semi-joke and semi-serious. Get domestic sales right first before
extending to international. And even then, you might want to add just one small
country (maybe NZ, as they are also close) to try out international before adding
much larger markets.
