My costumer contacted me about missing his order. As I could see in my DHL Monitor
he or she received it on Friday 16th. I shared the DHL tracking number to give
the costumer the proof of already receiving it. It was shipped as a tracked and
ensured parcel. Normally the parcels reach the costumer by giving a signature
to the delivery man but in case if the aprcel if flat and small enough DHL place
the parcel in the mailbox of the costumer. Now the costumer claims the the parcel
wasn´t delivered and wants a full refund which I clearly refused as DHL clearly
delivered it within Germany.
As I understood correctly the NSS status is not made for orders which got "lost"
after shipping. I only could answer in the NSS problem window but i guess there
will not come any progress from the costumer so I´m scared if I lose seller status
by system after the 2 weeks. As I could see the costumer has no feedback yet
so it feels a little bit like a scam to blackmail the money back from me in a
paypal case I would like to know what I should do now.
I totally understand that the costumer contacted me and I provided all information
needed to find out everyhing about the order but I also clearly explained why
there is no legal claim against me or the possibility of any ensurance refund
by DHL.
It feels clearly unjustified to use this status to set pressure on my account
and I would really like to now how I can solve this technically correctly here
on the plattform to avoid any regress against my status.

thank you for your advices and support.

Kind regards

Patrick

Send the proof of shipping to the help desk and in 2-4 weeks they will remove
it (even if it was completed in the meantime). It takes them a while as they
are backlogged

Okay but the NSS says if it isn´t solved within 2 weks I get my seller status
revoked automatically by the system and i really want to avoid that.

Only if 3 are completed. Have 2 others been completed against you already?

See my story here, even DHL can "invent" deliveries and proofs

To solve this the seller had to run an inquiry on DHL, I also had to sign a paper
certifying I didn't receive, and 1 month later DHL finally delivered it...

Don't believe 100% the tracking, it's just an(other) human activity,
prone to errors or lies.

DHL is definitely not the only one, I've certainly had packages "delivered"
by UPS (for example) that didn't show up until the next day.

Additionally an inquiry with the courier can be helpful as they can tell you
the actual address to which the package was delivered. It doesn't always
match the label!

For future reference, write either "buyer", which is preferred, or "customer",
where you have put "costumer" in this message. It is sometimes difficult
to get the tapatalk app on your computer or mobile phone to use the correct word,
but it can be done.

In this transaction you are the seller and your order with the user who ordered
from your store on BrickLink is the buyer. Terminology, whilst not important,
does help properly understand the issues you are having, and makes it more legible
and understandable.

Understanding the English language is fairly easy to do, once you get the hang
of it, although it may seem quite complex at first.

Cheers ...
