| I have been responding to a buyer with an issue for weeks.
For some reason either he is not getting it or ignoring it?
No clue. But he has filed an NSS which, oddly, is not showing up on my screen.
I have provided the tracking number, he got the product and contacted me about
an issue which is not showing up on the order so I have responded to him in three
different areas but still no response.
On the order.
On the NSS.
On the message system.
Not sure what else to do about this, but it is quite frustrating.

Sent 5 more messages and nothing. Should I fight the NSS so our store is not
effected by this?

You should respond to the NSS, I don't know what else you can do.

You should respond to the NSS, I don't know what else you can do.

I did that also.
Also sent in shipping to the help desk.
It is quite disturbing that a NSS can exist out there without any warning, notice
or even a way to know it exists. I just happened upon it when I was leaving
feedback or I would have never known it was out there since I have had no contact
since the 1st message from this person. I asked questions and got no response
so I assumed it was either resolved or they would contact me if this was an actual
issue.
