Hi all, just wondering what everyone does if they have a piece with no packaging
dimensions in the ctatalogue that has been purchased and the postage that was
paid isn't enough to pay for the postage of the piece?
In this particular order, the piece is $14 and postage is $10 so I'm still
making money on the order, just wondering if there is a general rule of thumb
for this sort of thing.
I hope that makes sense.

Cover it yourself.
You can prevent it in the future by adding dimensions for others that you can
find here

I figured that, and I have already added dimensions for the other pieces in my
inventory, I'll send the customer a message and just let them know that It'll
be coming as a parcel due to the size of the piece.

Items without dimension are instant checkout excluded.
Add a manual invoice shipping method for those items.

the weird thing is I do have a manual invoice set up though, maybe it's a
weird bug/glitch or something.
