| The lengthy and sometimes lively debates over the recent catalog procedural change,
illustrates to me dedication to and strength of, community. As though that which
in one sense or another, gathered us, the BL catalog, continues to demonstrate
how it also helps in the forming of community.
Plenty of strongly held opinions with pushing n’ pulling of thoughtful and often
times impressive arguments. Consider that this would not take place if those
‘gathered’ were indifferent to one another... As I see it, plainly emblematic
of a healthy sense of community.
It’s the free exchange of ideas and thoughts that helps us to grow and improve
individually, but also collectively.

I think that depends on which age you start. No point in waiting until a child
is 3 years old, but you also don't want them eating all the smallest parts.

Looking beyond the metric that is the possible "eating" of that which
I child engages in, it's the simplicity of DUPLO that would not have
held his attention for very long.
Never factored the devouring of his toys. Might have had he done so with other
things? I don't know, I've heard it's a concern.

A small success achieved!

But consider that I was abroad, absent from my son and daughter for extended

You said it’s a bigger set, but not massive. You alluded to it being a Star Wars
set, and that your son is younger than 30. I’m assuming this was for birthdays
6-10. Assuming he’s late 20’s now, that would mean this would be 2000’s, but
not the very first Lego Star Wars sets. It’s starting to dwindle down the sets!!
😊 thanks!

Good deductive reasoning! Missed the target, but nice effort. Keep using that
rule of inference, you'll significantly increase your odds.

Well, obviously it was the legendary 10123, Cloud City. However, your son lost
the Boba Fett from it at some point. Years later, when it became insanely valuable,
you could never quite bring yourself to forgive him for that. For a decade and
a half, it's been lying under a bush somewhere in Sweden, waiting to be discovered
again by an unwitting cocker spaniel.
