you may want to update this
"If you DO NOT wish to purchase insurance, a lost package will NOT BE REFUNDED."
line in your terms as sellers are fully responsible for all packages they ship
out. insurance is for the seller, not the buyer.
also you have
"Orders that are not marked completed by the buyer 30 days after being marked
shipped will be marked completed and closed by the seller if no contact is made."
which you should never do. many buyer might not get to their order for months
even after its delivered and if they are waiting and randomly the seller marks
it as completed they may get angry and leave negative feedback. if you dont wish
to see the orders you can file them so you dont see them anymore but you should
never mark it as complete.
