| welcome!
I see this
"Please mark it received and completed once checked so we don't have
to worry if there is an issue with your order. You have 5 days from delivery
to contact us with an issue before we mark your order completed."
in your terms. you should never mark the order as complete for the buyer. ever.
it is 100% optional and many many buyers (like 50%+) never will. it is something
only the buyer should change when they are ready. some may not get to the order
for weeks even after it arrives and it can very extremely annoying if the seller
changes it and quite possible you will get negative feedback.
also you have
"we are not responsible for items damaged or lost in shipping"
which is simply not true. you are 100% responsible until the order is marked
as delivered. if you go to the post office hand them the package and immediately
they throw it into a fire you would still have to 100% refund the buyer.

| According to this page, either the buyer or the seller can mark the order complete.
Perhaps the page is incorrect or I am reading it incorrectly, but it has a blue
and green dot which indicates both can do it.

They can manually change it but it’s widely acknowledged that sellers should
never do that as it is never a good option and is bad for both the seller and
the buyer. People have and still are calling for sellers to be unable to mark
it as complete as there are many (if any at all) scenarios where it’s needed

| I completely agree with the norms that sellers should not mark it complete.
Was just pointing out that the messaging on BL is misleading and/or incorrect
per our norms.
