complete and total scammer, lots of NSS completed and the store was suspended
and closed. bricklink even emailed buyers directly to tell them it was a scam.
just super surprised to see the store reinstated. just look at that feedback
(!!) I know several people in my facebook group who got scammed by this store.

Maybe they were hacked in Nov last year?

If not - technically they can be opened (if fewer than 3 NRS/NSS), but still
it should be closed.

Could be, looking at the feedback and timing. However, if that were the case
and admin did intervened, some form of restoration of the profile beyond that
of reinstating seller status of what is now diminished and somewhat worthless
profile, should be considered.

As it stands, the action taken expands the reputational damage out beyond the
individual profile into the wider site. If they were indeed one of the highjacked
stores of last year and therefore reinstated, the profile has nonetheless been
demolished by the action. Lax security protocols, or not.

Just not feeling it...

Yep - AFAIK Admins removed the Negatives for those who've been severly hacked.

Really this one should be closed, and the whole Feedback system / reputation
to be rethought.

The original owners were given access to their account yesterday to start the
recovery process. All the fraud feedback will be removed and the orders canceled.
There is a block on the store now that prevents buyere from checking out.

Understood, but still stings enough to see it back open while having an ongoing
open dispute /claim in Paypal since 12/19 with no refund to date. Paypal stated
Seller (or hacker perhaps?) gave them incorrect info a couple weeks back so they
had to investigate further. Leaves a sour taste in mouth from buying. I have
not bought anything on here since as prefer this resolved first.
