There is no such part on the manual or on any of the bags that came with the set. The hoses, with the exception of the 4 rigid bright green ones, are all pneumatic. It is also not present on the online version of the manual, I just checked (1/18/24 10:20pm EST).

This request will not be accepted.

Two are used in Step 361 on page 231, and the other two are used in Step 366
on page 234.
