| Hi, I placed an order on Dec 5th with a Thai store. It has been marked as paid.
Seller has yet to ship and the store has been closed since Dec 27th. I have filed
a NSS overnight and the order can be cancelled Jan 31st. Order was through Paypal
onsite payment.
My question is what happens when the order is cancelled? Will Bricklink arrange
for the Paypal payment to be refunded? Or do I need to message the seller through
Paypal now or on 31st of Jan

| bricklink won't do anything in regard to your money. to get a refund either
the seller has to manually send it or you have to file a claim on PayPal

If the seller doesn't respond to the NSS then I doubt he or she would respond
to a message. In your position, I would file a PayPal claim. You don't have
to wait for the NSS to complete in order to do that by the way.

This. File the PayPal complaint now. You'll have to log into PayPal, find
the payment and dispute it there.
