if the order is already paid then nothing can be added unless you want this to
get really complicated. removing stuff can be complicated also so in general
if it's a cheap part include it for free with the order and if its expensive
have the buyer place a second order and then just ship the 2 together. for wanting
to remove the items just refund the buyer the value of the items as unless they
are super expensive the bricklink fee is negligible
