Hey guys just wondering if anyone has noticed a large drop in orders on bricklink,
Im getting a few messages from buyers complaining about Paypal APi errors. Only
reason Im asking is that I normally do double the business on here compared to
Brickowl but so far this week I have had almost all orders come through Brickowl
and only the odd one here. It may just be a coincidence but so far intwo years
this is the first time ive outsold on Brickowl.

I don't see a major change this January.
I'd say it's for now and us not the best.
The best was Jan 2021 here (obvious reasons).

You really should collect data regarding those problems like:
* date and country of the buyer?
* could one then later be able to place the same order?
* or would they use another payment mode with success?
* what's the exact API message error? You've got screenshots?

And many details to document and send to HelpDesk, otherwise I'm not sure
they can help you or correct anything

As for now, no one contacted us in our shop stating this.
Which neither mean anything, they could be silent.

Search in Forum also, talk with other who'd have complained?

It could be local, country of a cloud, network error - or really a BrickLink
problem, sure.

I've noticed that BO tends to have tons of UK based stores and customers,
I'd argue at a greater rate than here. I would imagine your experience is
location based, if anything.

To your post however, I only get "paypal errors" from new customers,
which leads me to believe its user error, not the site. Personally
