| My Bricklink Studio 2.0 is all messsed up. It's all glitched out and my username
pops up as "funface2" and not "NeverForget." I think I need to
uninstall, then reinstall it. If I do this, will Studio still save all my creations
for when I sign in again. Customer support hasn't responded yet.

| Your files should be stored on your computer; you could go into your file explorer
and search ".io" to see where exactly they're located. And for what
it's worth, I've made models on an older computer before transferring
the files to my current one, and they open just fine. So uninstalling/reinstalling
the program shouldn't do anything from the files' perspective.

Why would it go wrong?
Your files are saved locally, if you don't touch your files they won't
go anywhere.

Hello! It just reinstalled and it seems that evrything is still saved, but the
glitches are still there and I can't do anything. I don't know if it's
because of my old laptop or it's something wrong with Bricklink Studio itself.
I still haven't heard from customer support, but thank you for your help!
