| So I'm new to this site, I don't know a lot about it, but I notice (specifically
when I look up lego dimensions toy pads) that some things for sale say "Min
Buy: $10.00", does that mean the person whos selling it can take a minimum
of $10 for purchasing the item or is it for something else?

Hi
It just means that you have to spend a minimum of $10 before it is worth their
while to pick and pack your order, and drive to the post office to ship your
order.

most parts on the site sell in the 1-50cent range, so a minimum buy keeps up
from having to pull and pack hundreds tiny orders a month.
If you want to pay the difference up to $10, as a handling fee, I'm sure
most sellers will do that. But basically it means you need to buy $10 worth of
stuff.
I'm guessing you chose the store based on price, you'll find alot of
the cheaper stores have minimums that are on the higher end. Most seem to have
a min of $1.
Mine is $3, which is on the high end IMO.
