| We have a package shipped that is still in Transit in Mexico City New Mexico
since Oct 19th. No updates since. What is protocol for a store to due in
a case like this?

| You don't do anything. If there's a problem, the buyer will contact you.

+1 I’ve both and and revived packages where the tracking is not updated for multiple
steps including marked as delivered and they arrive fine so unless the buyer
reaches out saying it hasn’t arrived I wouldn’t worry as it’s for sure possible
it has arrived (especially for shipments outside of the USA)

+1 I’ve both and and revived packages where the tracking is not updated for multiple
steps including marked as delivered and they arrive fine so unless the buyer
reaches out saying it hasn’t arrived I wouldn’t worry as it’s for sure possible
it has arrived (especially for shipments outside of the USA)

Yes they did respond advising us they have not received it yet.

Then as peregrinator mentioned it’s time to refund.

Yes the customer advised us it still has not arrived. What happens next?

You refund the customer and see about making an insurance claim.
