Just noticed that

Comic Shop Guy - Male, Bright Light Orange Dragon Suit and Legs, Red Dragon Head,
Dark Purple Shoulder Armor / Item number- cty1644

name is actually Night Raptor.

Proof: the name Night Raptor was said in episode 9 of LEGO city no limits tv
show.
The context was, Night Raptor was a character in the movie, Green Titan into
the Moon.

So if possible change catalog listing to include the name Night Raptor.

That one has a different head. Is it an alter ego of the one with the calmer
face?

The face shown in the video was the alternate face in the back of the head.

Also note in picture #2 that you can just barely see the edge of the balaclava.

cty1644 does have different face though. Different shaped eyebrows and he has
cheek and chin lines.

I would say cty1644 is a different person dressed up as Night Raptor.

But I don't think cty1644 is Night Raptor.
