I have just gotten into LEGO as an adult and is planing how to display the built
sets. At the moment I have 5 sets built but there will probably be more in due
time. The place I have is a wall that is approx 1.5m * 2.6m (width and height)
and are searching for inspiration.
So I would be very interested in seeing a few examples on how to do it. The ones
with whole rooms for lego, while very impressive, dont brother in this thread.

you want examples of displays but not whole rooms? I'm confused it sound
like you are asking for pics of build sets on a table by itself
