name is actually Green Titan.
Proof: the name Green Titan was said in episode 9 of LEGO city no limits tv show.
The context was, Green Titan was a character in the movie, Green Titan into the
Moon.

I see that in the subtitles in the screenshot you posted do not include
a capital "g" in the word "green".
Therefore, that may be the reason there is no "Green Titan". The LEGO
Group is very specific about how they name their characters, and unless you can
verify with LEGO Customer Service that the name is as you state it is, then it
may end up being the name that is currently in the catalog.

Names used in media can sometimes be a but random. This is why it is often best
to just go with names on the box, or names in the description of the set at lego.com.

Do you ever see Green Titan's face or hair in the TV show?
Sure they are similar but like my other reply the similarities may be coincidental
rather than cty1575 actually being Green Titan.
Maybe the characters in the TV show are modelled on the already released minifigures
rather than the minifigures being the actual characters from the TV show?
