| I am looking to upgrade to seller, but after buying an item I have yet to receive
my positive feedback point. The current status of my order is "shipped".

| Not all sellers leave feedback right away. Some leave it in bulk. Some once it’s
shipped, some once marked as complete, some when feedback is left first and some
never do. Once you mark it as complete most seller will have left feedback by
then but if not you can reach out and nicely ask the seller to leave feedback

This is definitely not a technical issue.
If the order is not received or completed yet, you haven't really experienced
your first complete sale as a buyer. Once your store is open, will you be leaving
feedback as soon as the order is paid or shipped?

There is no rule about when and if to leave feedback for a transaction. However,
you can get a sense of your seller's response by looking at their feedback
given history. Click on their feedback number, then find the option near the
bottom of the page for Show me feedback that ... left for others. Is it frequent?
In big batches from time to time? Never?
And also, sending a polite note with an explanation that you are eager to get
started here could get the ball rolling.
Good luck!
