In my instruction of set 43172 there are 3x 6170307 (33291 bright light blue) and not 3 x 24866

In my instruction of set 43172 there are 3x 6170307 (33291 bright light blue) and not 3 x 24866

That is because the set is a rerelease of
 
Set No: 41148 Name: Elsa's Magical Ice Palace
* 		41148-1 (Inv) Elsa's Magical Ice Palace
676 Parts, 7 Minifigures, 2017
Sets: Disney: Disney Princess: Frozen
and the instructions of both sets show the same parts.

Please see the note at the bottom of the inventory:

"The instructions and box art show bright light blue 33291 Plate, Round 1
x 1 with Flower Edge being included in the set, but the set actually contains
bright light blue 24866 Plate, Round 1 x 1 with Flower Edge (5 Petals)."

Therefore this request can't be approved.
