Where do these show up? In an email? On the buyers dashboard? I've used these
over the years and never, not once has a buyer been able to find it to approve
it. I'm 100% sure I'm submitting them.


I've never had one as a buyer, so I have no item how to help people find
the thing. I would think they'd get an email or something no? They all have
claimed to receive nothing and I end up just using a credit, but I'd prefer
to not have to relist things manually.

Such action items are fixed to a member's action page, the "My BL"
tab: https://www.bricklink.com/my.asp with no option to remove it.

If you preceded the action with an order contact message with what to do, they
will receive it in their "My Messages" regardless of their contact preferences.
It's how we've always done it.

Though someone may need to pass this on to Crystal, our profile may be on her
ignore list.
