Is there a way to add all ordered parts into my collection and then use that
"all parts" list to apply to specific wanted list or my own creations?

Or what is the best own stock overview you are using?

No, you can’t do that   My Collection’s usefulness is rather limited right
now.

Some use BrickStore (application) or Rebrickable (website) or homemade solutions.
