| One of my orders to South Korea, the buyer has placed an NSS and he has told
me he has received it, the reason he filed it was because one part was the wrong
colour. I have no idea what to do.

That is technically a valid reason to start an NSS.

Reach out to your buyer to find out what part is wrong and either resend the
part, or offer them a refund for the part including shipping.
They shouldn’t be penalized for not getting everything they ordered.
After that is done the buyer should remove the NSS.
Of course they may have ordered the wrong part and if you sent what they ordered,
then they should remove the NSS.

People need to understand that for most of us, this is a hobby, not a full-time
business with all the bells and whistles. Lately I see many trigger-happy cowboys
who really do NOT belong here. We all make mistakes. The civilized way is to
contact the seller, explain the situation, and find a resolution somehow. Those
who quickly file such complaints are doing themselves and the community a great
disservice. I had someone do something like that to me once, well, he's now
banned from my store. If you have no self-control, this hobby is not for you,
go to fleaBay, pay more, and you'll get screwed (intentionally) even more.
Sorry, my 0.02 worth.

every word is so true from your reply. I had the same. Buyer missed a piece,
directly an NSS. Later he found it
in the package.

Isn't an NSS one way to do that? It's not a strike against the seller
unless it's completed - it's just part of the system.

par chance, .... did the buyer request Complimentary Free Star Wars Mini-Figures
before you shipped out...?
because that color reason was why i recently had one from a buyer in Washington...
very strange encounter, then he disappeared.
