In Sudio I have a submodel that has parts in three steps and it shows there in
the Step Editor but when I go to the Page Design one steps no-longer shows any
parts.
Has anyone ran into this and / or know how to fix it?

As for your problem, if it’s not simply because you deactivated the parts list
( https://studiohelp.bricklink.com/hc/en-us/articles/5627862550935-Parts-List-Settings
), we will need more info (to be posted on the dedicated forum), like your .io
file.
