so for like the past 3 months. 2 orders have came in but they did not reach my
min buy. so i was wondering if there is a way to delete those orders because
i dont know why they are still there after 3 months?

You don't appear to have a minimum buy.

You could cancel the orders (in fact, I recommend this since otherwise you owe
fees even on orders that aren't paid) and file them. But I don't understand
why you didn't fulfill the orders (assuming they were actual orders and not
quotes). Did you even try to invoice the buyers?

You don't have a minimum set up on your site. Nothing in your terms either
about minimum purchase (you didn't have any terms...) and when I tried to
buy a single part for $0.06 it would have let me. Nothing in your checkout process
about minimum buys.
