| Hi,
Yesterday, I received a message from BrickLink stating that I may be required
to enable distance selling on BrickLink because I exceeded €10,000 this year.
However, I am very sure that next year I will sell (way) less than €10,000 because
I don’t plan to add more Lego to my store. That’s why I really don’t know what
to do at the moment, especially because I have now 29 more days to enable distance
selling on BrickLink.
If I wait 25 days, it is a new calendar year. Does that mean the counter starts
at €0 again, and that I can proceed with selling without distance selling enabled?
But do I need, in order to get rid of the distance selling close my store till
1 January? (to be sure I have now already closed my store)
I am so clueless; any help would be very appreciated.
Kind regards,
Arne

Hi,
Disclaimer: Not talking for BL, LEGO, not an accountant, not a lawyer, maybe
a cat….
Yes, it’s €10,000 in the current calendar year.
If you do not exceed €10,000 in 2023, the counter should restart at €0 again
on Jan 1st 2024.
And you can still sell in NL and outside EU this year. Only EU-non-domestic
sales count in the €10,000 limit.
