I put in a ticket before the big meltdown.

Order; 23429821

Refuses to allow us to change to shipped. Currently sitting in "Ready".

Does not seem to have any of the top tier options.

Already shipped, put in the tracking number but it is still either pending, packed
or ready. Does not have shipped, received or completed available.

Just double checking. Did it have sales tax? If the order has sales tax and it
was paid offsite you can’t change it to paid as bricklink has to collect sales
tax so payment must be made onsite
